How It Works

The Partnership Process

Straightforward, documented, and reviewed by committee.

  1. Step 1

    Introduction

Share your organization's goals and the audiences or programs you hope to support.

  2. Step 2

    Alignment Review

The partnerships committee reviews fit against the Society's mission and independence standards.

  3. Step 3

    Written Agreement

Scope, recognition, and the separation between funding and content are documented in writing.

  4. Step 4

    Delivery & Reporting

The activity runs under Society control, and outcomes are reported back to the partner.

Ground Rules

Our Independence Policy

Commercial and philanthropic support makes our education possible. It never buys influence over it. Supporters do not select faculty, review content before delivery, receive learner data, or direct scientific programming. Every accredited activity carries an explicit statement of independence, and all planner and faculty relationships are disclosed to learners.

The Society declines support where the relationship would compromise — or reasonably appear to compromise — the integrity of its education or the trust of its members.

  • No supporter input into content, faculty, or assessment
  • No transfer of learner or member data to supporters
  • Written agreements for every supported activity
  • Public recognition of supporters by category
  • Committee review of every partnership before acceptance
  • Right to decline or end a relationship that conflicts with our mission
